We began our adventure through the love of Escape Rooms and started our own in 2016 in Nairobi Kenya. Shortly after we moved the business to Kernersville where we could be more involved.
After 3 years we learned a lot and realized our biggest passion is the mind. Escape Rooms offer a great way to engage the mind but there was something missing, there was no intentional attempt to continuously engage the mind. Since the brain is like any other muscle we wanted to create a way to repetitively challenge it and make it as important as working out at the gym; after all it is a pretty important piece of our body.
Through research in neuroscience we discovered Larry Katz and other neurologists who gave us the insight to create our vision. We decided to pursue their recommendations and make people more aware of things we can do daily and consciously in order to better our memory and our focus...so we morphed to Mind Gym.
Mind Gym is a family developed, designed, built, owned and operated business.

Enjoys: Hanging out with her family, travelling, playing escape rooms, camping, is an audible addict!
